I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We brought our Nissan NV 3500 kiddo-hauler to Mad Hatter back in June. They took amazing care of my “baby” and replaced the AC system and repaired the exhaust for a fraction of what the dealership quoted. The AC repair was quite a production from what it sounded like (thanks Nissan engineers ;) ) but it was a success, and both front and rear AC worked beautifully all summer. Naturally I brought my van back to Mad Hatter for its next oil change after such a great experience. I waited for the service, and I was out the door quickly. Thank you to Robbie and Ashton for their excellent customer service. We will be back!

Great experience at Mad Hatters! Mike was very helpful and had great communication. My car was in the shop for a bit longer than we had anticipated but I got a loaner which was great! Got a couple estimates from other shops, but Mad Hatter had the most affordable estimate! Definitely will be back with any future car issues!

Absolutely amazing people. Brandon gave me a super prompt appointment time. Then the guys fixed it asap. They were also very pleasant to work with. I recommend them to anyone. They also diagnose other issues with your car so you know. And I will knock that list down with them. Great place, GREAT people!

I absolutely love this place and will be recommending Mad Hatter Auto Repair to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. This is the first mechanic shop where I’ve truly felt heard and respected. From start to finish, Bud guided me through the entire process with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. He took the time to explain everything in a clear and respectful way—something I’ve rarely experienced in auto shops, especially as a woman. Too often, I’ve been spoken down to simply because I don’t know all the technical terms. Not here. Bud treated me like a valued customer, not just another ticket number.

Always a polite greeting! The mechanic was able to explain what needed to be fixed on my car and why. I had the option on my phone to accept or deny work. I was given a Lyft ride to and from the shop which helped me save money. Thank you!

Needed welding done on my exhaust. Alex spoke with me and listened to what I was looking for and made it happen! Very impressed by his work. He did an amazing job. Highly recommend.

The services that I wanted was exhaust upgrade on my 21’ GMC they installed the flow master 10 and it sounds amazing. Cassie was patient with me and worked around my busy schedule and Alex the mechanic explained everything visually before he did the job. Took about an hour and it sounds great.

I took my truck to Mad Hatter for a second opinion with some issues. These guys were much more thorough and less expensive on repairs than the other place. They were also very communicative. I was impressed with how quickly they got my truck in and diagnosed. Their diagnostics fees are higher than other places, but I think it's worth it. Their inspection report included a lot of notes, pictures, and videos of the issues. I plan on bringing my vehicles to Mad Hatter moving forward.

On top of the stress of dealing with car issues, it's even more stressful finding a repair shop that you feel confident using. After doing some research online for a reputable repair shop, I came across Mad Hatter Auto Repair. After looking through their reviews, we decided to go ahead and use their services. I informed them of the issues we had been having. They suggested that they do a full body test on our vehicle. Within a couple hours Mike sent me over the very detailed results including pictures via text. Mike told me what would be most important to fix and what could be repaired/replaced at another time. After giving them the go ahead, they fixed all the important issues we'd been dealing with. Our vehicle runs great! We will definitely be using Mad Hatter in future when car problems arise. In 2026, Customer Service is almost nonexistent. Mike and the rest of the crew are top notch and professional. Thank you Mike and the Mad Hatter crew!

Mad Hatter was great with my truck. They do a great inspection vary through. They repairs were done in a timely matter. Collen keep me updated on the progress the whole time and answered all my questions. I will be returning to mad Hatter for all my future repairs. P.S. I hope you win your lunch..
